First brew ready! Next one will be a tropical IPA for sunny spring days. Let’s get on with it!
We will bottle the beer on Wednesday and I think we can reveal the label at the same time!
Today we will transfer the brew to secondary fermentation and dry hopping with 70 g Cascade hops for that nice over the ocean citrusy feeling!
