Bottle n brew
Today we’re bottling “A brown reason to live IIPA” and cooking a Chinook single hop APA.

We seem to have landed at a modest 9,1 % ABV for our Imperial brown. Just some dryhopping left!
Imperial Brownie
Today we’re going to try re-using the yeastcake from our last one. We’re hopping every five minutes for 60 minutes and we’re using dark malt.
